yo, baked apple recipe as the following:
ReplyDelete* make a beautiful hole into the middle of your apple, get rid of seeds (tammy and i used a grapefruit spoon).
* fill the hole with all goodies you can think of. Germans put a faaaaair amount of marzipan, other suggestions are walnuts, cranberries, dates, raisins, hazelnuts, cut almonds (yummi!), pistacios....
* place apple in the oven, bake it for 20 mins middle heat until skin peals off a little bit and you can see some juice coming out.
* serve with warm vanilla sauce.
* If you don't have vanilla sauce you can use for example whipping cream, vanilla pudding or just be creative :)
